About Me
People’s life stories have always fascinated me, and I love to explore the relationships between experiences, thoughts, behaviors and choices. Change, even positive change, can be quite difficult, and I see my role as collaborative, helping you examine and make sense of uncomfortable emotions, negative experiences and ingrained patterns that may be holding you back. I want to assist and empower you in creating meaningful and lasting change for yourself.
I work hard to create an environment that facilitates authenticity and exploration. My approach is warm, curious and direct. When appropriate, I use humor and cultivate optimism.
I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
